Dymo replacement suggestion??

WE currently use a dymo 400 for labels (around 10,000 a year). It jams quite a lot.

Is anyone familiar with another brand of direct thermal printers that can print from Filemaker pro to make labels? I want to format the label in filemaker and send it to the printer. Or even print from Word.

It seems as though the Zebra printers wont work like this.. correct?
