Dxr3 DVD Decoder drivers (beta) are finally out for Windows 2000...w00t!

Does anyone know if you can use these with the hollywood cards? I can't get the hollywood drivers to work. I keep getting a bad pool caller error and then the computer restarts.

anyone have a problem w/ these drivers? if i have them installed, i can't use media player, crashes my comp

Get rid of them if you can. They are really really poor drivers. Practically everyone who installed them experienced the same things you are.

I uninstalled them, removed all the dxr* files in my winnt dir, and restarted. my media player pauses like every 3 seconds during video playback.

also, what drivers and software are you using, and is the software you're using use your decoder.

I installed the hollywood drivers, but I can't use the hollywood player, and i have tried powerdvd 2.55, but the option to use hardware is greyed out

to be specific the error i get in the real magic player is
"EEPROM tampered. please contact your retailer"
