DX9 for Colin 3??

Does anyone know if Colin McRae 3 will **require** a DX9 video card? I found some requirements that say so, but it looks too strange to me...

I'm intending to play it with a GF4MX440.

If it was to require a DX9 gfx card, then they would be cutting out a LOT of the potential customers, those with GF2/3/4 amd Radeon 7xxx/8xxx/90xx/91xx/92xx level cards.

For the best playing, you'll want a DX9 card, or at least something a bit faster than the GF4MX
