DX79SI Overclocking - Problem monitoring CPU voltage

Has anyone done any overclocking with the DX79SI motherboard? I've tried setting a static voltage as well as increasing the voltage offset and in both cases i'm still seeing 1.01v in CPU-Z and HwMonitor. The load temperatures seem to correlate with the voltages i've tried but i'd like to be certain that the settings im inputting are working correctly. I've updated to the latest BIOS but i'm still having the same issue.
