How do I enable Direct X 10 graphics in Gears of War?

I googled all over the place and there is nothing on how to actually turn it on... :(

You turn it on when you turn on AA, I think. Because AA is only a DX10 feature

I don't think Gears of War has directX 10 features. They've simply blocked AA on directX 9 and windows XP and let it to be used strictly on Vista and directX 10, so in this way, there is a difference between those two versions , but other then that, they've said the game looks the same.

you have to enable it within the game. it gives you two DX10 options.. one with AA and one without it. your framerate will go down with no visual difference at all. also depending on what drivers you are using stuttering could be worse in DX10 mode.

Yup. Selecting DX10 will give you a performance drop but absolutely no change in visuals. Strange, huh....

I own it too but the way you said it is incorrect. DX10 doesnt enable AA. you can choose between DX10 with or without AA.
