DX10 in AoC

I play AoC a lot lately, since the DX10 patch came out I've had a hard time getting it to activate in the settings. I'll select DX10 Test, apply, restart the game and it'll be back to DX9. I'll try and go right into the game after applying the DX10 setting and won't notice any difference.

I'm running Vista 64 and a 4870 with Catalyst 9.5. Does anyone have any ideas on what I might need to change, or could be doing wrong? Thanks

I have not, I just got it in my head that one day I'd get around to posting this on AT and that's about as far as I got. 🙂 I'll dig through there and see if I find anything and update here incase anyone is wondering or runs into this.

There are two executables for AoC, AgeOfConan.exe and AgeOfConanDX10.exe. Make sure you're running the dx10 one.
