when is DX 10 coming out?

I'm guessing when Longhorn comes out, but I also think I heard it being used in the xbox2 which will be released by the end of the year.

I thought DX10 was going to be renamed Windows Graphics Foundation or something like that.

Not sure when it will be coming out, but I'd imagine it would be included in Longhaul as that's going to have some fancy 3d GUI afaik.

Officially I havent heard anything however I've seen a couple sites claim that it will be released this year.

Not that it much matters right now since there isnt hardware that supports it.

And the codename for the next Windows OS is "Longhorn" not "Longhaul" Canterfool. That's like calling Microsoft M$, Micro$oft or MicroSith; it just sounds stupid.
