dwwin.exe? Failed to initialize? What is it! HELP

What is dwwin.exe? I assume something like dr watson... When i shutdown i sometimes get a little box that quickly shows up and says dwwin.exe failed to initialize because windows is shutting down. I searched for this file as well as the string dwwin.exe in any files and came up with nothing. Why might this be trying to start and what is it? Thanks
 
bump....
somebody has to have some info on this, i think it has something to do with error reporting, it doesnt always say it when i am shutting down but a lot of times it does (i run my computer for many days at a time so anything could cause it).

A search on google only came up with 3 results.

on the win98 machine im on, dr watson is in the X:\windows\ folder and its name is DrWatson.exe
might be different in your OS though?
