DWL-520 Rev E not working!

I just got a new mobo (ECS K7VTA3) and whenever I start up my old Windows install, my wireless card does not work...it will just not connect for some strange reason :-/ I installed XP on an old 4 gig HD, and my wireless card works great, is there any reason that it would work on one and not the other?

How do you know it is not connecting ?

Because in the taskbar, it shows 2 comps and a red X It's a PCI card, and I've tried taking it out, putting it back in another slot, and other stuff, my install just hates the card or something.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers?

Yea I have tried this numerous times.
