DW CS3 - default display issues?

I hope someone here can help me, I haven't been able to figure anything out about this so far.

Ever since I reinstalled DW CS3 (was on Vista before, now on Win7) my Dreamweaver won't load VBscript as the default... code... view... language... I'm not sure what it's called, to be honest.

Before, it was always the default, which was great, because that's what I program in. Now, unless I explicitly state "<%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" CODEPAGE="1252"%>" on the page, it does not pick up the correct formatting. This is a pretty big issue because all of my pages define the @LANGUAGE on includes, which DW is no longer picking up. Or, perhaps it never did pick it up, but the default instead fired and gave me the results I needed.

Anyone?
