When recording a TV broadcast to burn to DVD, what format provides the best quality...DVD standard, long or extra long play...or MPEG1 VCD, MPEG1 2.0MB/s, MPEG2 2.0MB/s (HalfD1), MPEG2 12.0MB/s, MPEG2 12.0MB/s (CBR), SVCD standard or Long Play?

These are the option on the Hauppauge PVR150.
