so for some reason my DVR ( Motorola DCT3416 thru cox) reset itself overnight, and now when i bring up the DVR list, all my recorded shows and scheduled recordings are gone 
is there any way to recover the shows? i tried calling cox but they didnt even know why it reset itself so they were no help
