DVI/VGA Adaptor

I have a Radeon HD 6670. I want to connect my Monitors VGA to a DVI-I on the Card. I understand that it should read analog with a DVI/VGA Adaptor. My question is do I use a DVI cable or a VGA cable to make the connection?
