DVI to VGA adapter

Had a guy buy a 19" CRT from me today. Tonight he calls asking for a DVI to VGA adapter. I have one that came with my ATI AIW 8500DV card, but it's kinda in use. Should I charge him for it? How much? I guess little to nothing would be better than cancelled transaction for monitor?
 
If you need it, why not just tell him to buy it himself. CRT don't come standard with an adapter, you shouldn't have to let him have yours. Newegg sells them for $5 to $9
