DVI to TV Converte

Does anybody know of a converter that can take a DVI/VGA output and view it on a regular TV or VCR?

what kinda of inputs does the TV have??? S-video? Coax? composite?
Or does it have HDTV type inputs?
HDMI? or Component?

Most video cards today have an S-video connection and if yours doesn't its probably going to be cheapest to actaully buy a video card that does have S-Video and DVI output.

Note: Computers look like utter crap on regular analog TV's due to their 480i limitation....

The computer is a Dell SX270 that does not have any slots to upgrade and it has an integrated graphics card with DVI output. I want to install it into a trailer and already have a LCD screen that runs off of +12 volts DC that I want to use. It accepts composite inuts.
