If I were to buy a laptop with DVI out in addition to VGA / S-video is it possible to have it run as a duel monitor?

Or does it show what is on the screen of the laptop at the same time?

Thinking of getting a Dell Inspiron 9400 withd DVI so looking for feedback!

Yes, you can run dual monitors with that DVI port. Highly recommended BTW :thumbsup:

As far as what it displays, that's your choice. I don't recommend clone mode of course 😛
