DVI -> HDMI or DVI -> VGA?

So I'm trying to connect a 8600GT to a 720P TV. The card is this one, the TV is this one.

The video card has two DVI output ports. The TV has a VGA input port and an HDMI input port. I plan to play video games on it. What kind of wire should I be getting?

Oh, and the card also has a S-video / TV-out cable, and the TV has the corresponding S-video input. So I guess that's 3 options:
1. DVI -> HDMI
2. DVI -> VGA
3. S-Video -> S-Video
