DVI + 20ms or Analog + 16ms?

what would be better?

I don't notice any ghosting on my 25ms analog, so I'm guessing I probably won't notice much of a ghosting effect on a 20ms monitor.

Depends on brand types of lcds, but mostly personal preference. I found using DVI lessens the ghosting effect over analog, but that's just me.

DVI will probably look better in games, and will certainly look better (provided they're comparable monitors otherwise) in everything else. Text looks great on DVI!

It depends on the monitor.. Some monitors advertised as 20ms have a lot of ghosting, but I don't remember hearing of any 16ms monitors that do.

I'm using a 19" benq monitor and have used the dvi and analog inputs extensively and have noticed no difference at all between the two. It's also 16ms and I've not had any ghosting.

I also have a BenQ and did not notice any difference between Analog and DVI. However on other monitors I've used, namely Samsung, DVI looks a lot better. At this point, I wouldn't settle for anything greater than 12 ms, and would use DVI.

huh? You use both DVI AND Analog on one monitor? Are you supposed to plug both in?
The monitor in question is the Nu Tech 19" LCD. It says 20ms on thier Website, but the online retailers and Anand list it as 25ms. It got an excellent review though. I got a really good deal on it. I have a 25ms analog monitor now and don't really notice any ghosting, so I'm sure it won't be much of a problem.
