DVI 2 Analog Connection to setup a second CRT....

Hi. I use a monitor with a Analog connection to my videocard. I have a DVI connection, but I don't use it. Recently I got a free 17 inch monitor from my school, since they replaced another lab with new computers and decided to give away monitors since itw ould cos them 40 bucks a pop to recycle.

Well I'm interested in setting up a dual scren type of situation. I went to Newegg to see the options they have, but many of the connections said that they didn't work. I'm wondering if anyone with a Nvidia card (ti4200 preferably) can confirm a workking dv2analog conection, because that would help me a lot. Thanks

Not had an issue when I used an adapter on my 9800 back in the day, 19" and 15" CRT hooked up via VGA and DVI ports.
Currently using 2 adapters to hook up 2 VGA monitors to my 7800GT which has 2 DVI ports. (but they are VGA LCD's)
This was all using the adapters included with the cards, and never had issues setting up dual monitors.
nVidia's dual monitor settings are also IMO pretty nice.

On my X1900XT I'm using 2x VGA monitors and I've never had a problem with my DVI->VGA converters not working properly.
