DVDRW Drive installation.

So I picked up all the necessary parts for my new rig this afternoon. I was wondering how to install the DVDRW drive, as this is the first I've ever purchased. It's a Pioneer DVDR 108.

Should I use the 40-pin/80-conductor hdd cable for it? Should I put it in IDE1 (blue one)?

My hdds are SATA, wich will be installed directly to the Intel ICH5 southbridge (the show up as IDE3 and IDE4)
