Often when I use DVDFab, Yahoo email tells me I have no Internet. There isn't enough available bandwidth for it to recognize an Internet connection. I can sometimes send a short text email. I called my ISP and they informed me that something was using ALL my bandwidth, something in the high 90's percentile. My ISP said all my bandwidth was freed-up when I closed DVDFab.

What's going on?
