DVD won't output to TV?

Hey folks,

I have a Gforce2 MX with Video Out and using WinDVD for playback. DVD works fine on computer, but won't play if I set TwinView video setting to clone or span. Everything works, just the DVD won't play. Program says something about the resolution being too high. I thought all video card with video out can output anything display to the TV. Is it the software I'm using that's not letting me output the the TV or is it a feature of the video card? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
AC3

Try droping your res to 800*600. Most TV-out chips dont support higher res as that is the best res you can expect from a TV.

Also try upgrading your drivers, the newer drivers have better support for TV-out.
