DVD with Radeon 64 vivo? It doesn't like me :(

I have card mentioned above. I just got a DVD player and hooked it up. The DVD software is telling me that it can't find any decoder cards. Doesn't the Radeon do it, and how do I make it decode? Any Radeon users have similar problems? Is it an easy fix?

What software are you using? You need one that supports iDCT (inverse discrete cosine transform). Try ATI's DVD player or WinDVD.
 
Install ATi's DVD player (the latest one on their website), even if you do not plan on using it. That should clear up many problems. Even users without a DVD drive should install it to correct most VIVO issues.
