Dvd with coax?

I just got a dvd player for a graduation present, but it doesn't have a coax hookup. Do some dvd players have these? or do i need an adaptor? or a new tv?

Most DVD's dont have coax adapters.. cuz you cant record from a DVD.. they usually have RCA audio/video outs.

Ok... all i have on my tv is a coaxial hookup. Its old.

You need an RF modulator to hook it up to your TV... Radio Shack has them for around $15 or so I think. I used one to hook a DVD player to my sister's TV and it works well...

hehe.. nope.. time to fork over some cash for an adaptor.... oh wait! i have a local mall gift certificate... and radio shack is at the mall.. sweet.. thanks
