anyone out there can give advice/ directions on how to convert dvd to vcd format using software decoder and cutting the dvd. also any experience using tmpgenc? should I just not waste time and instead get a pioneer dvd r a04 writer instead. also are there dvds which cannot be copied by the pioneer a04 drive and what dvd copy software to use. thanks very much.
