DVD to Divx/Xvid software

My nero recode stopped working for some odd reason. Can anyone recommend other good software for DVD to Divx/Xvid conversion ... non-copyright dvds of course

handbrake is win
h264>xvid

H.264>Divx (unless you have a standalone Divx-playing DVD player.)

Xvid can encode in either format.

Looks like if your DVD is unencrypted, Auto Gordian Knot could work for you.
