I'm looking to put together a media PC to hook up to my TV / home theater. I'd like to back up all of my DVDs onto hard drives, but would like to know what the best software to play them from would be?
I'd ideally like it to have a listing of all of the movies available (across all drives, since it would take a few HDs to put all of my DVDs on), maybe with a photo of the boxcover available or included in the listings. The interface should be as simple as possible (meaning, I don't want to have to browse through folders as it would all be done with a remote control).
Does something like this exist?
