Which DVD player utilizes the Geforce2s decoding abilities?

I have been watching some movies lately and I have noticed quite a bit of streaking in the playback of movies with a lot of action.

This is on a 1GHz Duron, so it shouldn't be the CPU usage. Could it be my 2x DVD drive sucks?
 
The speed of your DVD drive shouldn't really matter, however, make sure you have DMA enabled for the drive, as that can have a large affect on performance. As for a DVD player, I would recomend trying either PowerDVD or WinDVD and see which gives you the best performance.
