i bought from them years ago. got some good deals. shipping was very slow. cheap, and coming from canada, but for the price i paid worth it

I've bought from them several times with no problems. Shipping is definitely slow in my experience but otherwise everything's been great.

They're usually one of the best price wise, especially when they have one of their Supersales.
Shipping is always free, but as such it's Postal Mail - which is why it's slow.

Twice a year, they typically have a 20% off sale (the next one probably coming up within a month). Their business must skyrocket during those times and while some people have minor compaints, the majority of people are happy. The shipping is slow, but free, and I've ordered from them about 10 times without a problem. The packaging seems a little iffy (just a cardboard shell that hugs the dvds) but they've arrived in good condition for me.
Ordered from them several times, always the best price and free shipping. Plus with the slow shipping you almost forget you ordered so when you see the package it is like Xmas! I got a bunch of box sets from them last time and everyone was in perfect condition but 1 of the DVDs had come loose from it's clip, but it was undamaged. Whenever I want a DVD they are the first place I check to see if it is on sale, usually it is.

In my experience, their free shipping is painfully slow. The delivery times I've seen are in the 2-3 weeks range. But it's "free" so I guess much can't be expected...
I buy from them all the time. Shipping is slow, but the fact that it is always free is great. They usually have great prices, not always (think of them as the Newegg of DVDs). One incident I had with them was a single DVD purchase. It didn't arrive so I called to ask where it was. They said it got delivered 6 days earlier. I told them that it didn't, so they sent me another DVD. About 3 weeks later the post office delivered the original one with an apology that it got stuck between the seats. I called DeepDiscount back to see about returning it, and they told me to keep it or give it away as a gift.
