DVD Ripping Software?

I would like to rip DVD's (just the main feature, stereo sound) to my computer, what's the best way to do this? Free if possible.

dvdshrink 3.2 if you want to resize it smaller with minimal to no quality loss...

Also DVDDecryptor 3.5.2.0 works very well for ripping...

I use DVDecryptor myself, but I do re-encode them.
