i have a dvd that is not a US dvd, when checking the region in dvd decrypter it says the region is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, when i tried to play it in my dvd player (sony dvp-ns725p) it says it cannot play due to area limitations...i tried to change the region of the ifo,bup files to region 1, burned it and tried to play it and it gave the same message...anyone know how to get this dvd to play on any dvd player?

can you read it on your computer? you might be able to use DVD Shrink to rip it, change the region settings to be region free and then burn that.

rip it with DVDDecryptor, ISO, region-free. if the encryption is newer than the last DVDDec, then try DVDfab Decryptor with similar settings.
attempt to play the ISO on your PC. you may need to mount the image on a virtual drive, i like daemon tools (the older version without crapware).
if the ISO is greater than 4.5 GB, either DVD Shrink or a DL disc and burner are needed.
make sure the booktype is set to DVD-ROM in the burning software.
