DVD Region question

you have a couple choices

1. rip the disk, remove the limitations
2. use a software like Dvd Genie
3. update your drives firmware (void warranty in most cases)
 
PC DVD drives must be set to a certain region when first used. You can change the region a VERY limited number of times. But with drives going for $20, why bother risking a hacked firmware or other measure. Buy another drive, set it to the "other" region and off you go.
