One of the stupidest inventions known to man is the lame ass DVD region codes. There are some german films that I want but they are only available in region 2. Anyone have any good ideas about what I can do so that I can watch them here in the states?

I want to kill the moron who came up with region codes, and also the moron who wont let other regions play on your dvd player

Thing's a damn genius. I think there's other discs that can do that too.
Or just mod the PS2 with a chip that can play with the DVD coding ... if you're feeling naughty :Q

I dont want to mod it, but if I can get it to work it would be sweet! The only problem then is that I would have to get the DVD shipped from Germany 🙁
