I've noticed that there are a bunch of DVD Recorders with ATSC tuners now, but have spotted that some don't have HD capable tuners, just SD. Are there any good ones that can pick up HD, output in 1080i via component, and have a price of about $150-170 new, $90-120 refurb?

Yes, I know they'll only record in SD.
