Finally I have the money to buy a DVDR(W) but I dont know what drive to buy. (already searched anandtech forums)
My options:
QPS Que! DVDwriter 350$
HP DVD100i 600$
Pioneer DVR A03$450
Pioneer DVR 103 $???

I am not sure what the difference between the Pioneer DVR A03 and 103 are, but the 103 is hard to find. I have read that the DVD-R and RW media are more compatible with most stand alone DVD players, and that is what I HAVE to have! I must have compatibility with stand alone DVD Players. I am working on converting my old home videos to DVD (was using VCD, but VCD has its limitations). If anyone has any input, suggestions, comments, feedback it is welcomed (even negative!).
