Dvd-R media, which ones to aim for?

Is ritek the best one to get? ANy name brand ones worth considering? How good are these? thanks.

Riteks are definitely considered one of the most, if not the most reliable DVD-R media out there. Pay the extra money and get decent media, you'll save on frustration and anger when your burns come out badly on sh*tty media. Also, check out this link

I have had the best luck with anything based off of MMC.

I have used Optodisc with great success. will be trying Princo's in a few days. no plans right now to use Ritek, but you hear nothing but good about Ritek!
