I have started to back up some of my movie collection the otherdayI have started with some memorex DVD+R DL. Im getting some coasters and some failed finalizations, I did some research and see that memorex disc have alot of problems from product reviews and what not. I am looking at two brands that seem to be glorified by alot of customers. Raditek and Verbatim, reviews say that verbatim are a more reliable brand and seem very exspensive, which might mean your getting what you pay for. Theres a 30 pack here http://www.******/dl-dvd-r-dual-double-layer-verbatim.html
Im going to buy some and try it out, If there is a better brand out there or a better deal let me know.
Thanks
Well it wont let me post the website but its 84 buck for a 30 pack, comes with jewel cases.

Yeah, since there aren't actually many good DL DVD-/+Rs out there, i'd have to say Verbatim.

Verbatim, i only use these brand DVD's for family videos, and never had problems with them.

I have no idea as I have yet to burn a D/L disc. :) Been waiting for the prices to drop but I dont see that happening now that the newer formats are out. Still have my pre-packaged DL disc that came with one of my burners.
