DVD Question

When I'm burning a movie onto a DVD, can I use Windows built in DVD burning stuff or do I have to spend a ton of money on some stupid software program?

Windows does not have DVD burner software. You must be using something else.

What do you mean about burning a movie? Are you using another DVD as your source or are you wanting to master content from digital video or digital stills?

BTW, Nero can do some of that. If it is DV, you may need other tools depending on what you want.
