DVD Programs reccomendation

do you know of any good programs that can decrypt DVDs or any good programs that can transfer VOB files onto DVD? thanks.

I use DVDShrink and Nero combination.

DVDShrink is free and Nero 6 OEM Suite is inexpensive ($5 + shipping).

Or you can combine DVDShrink (free) and DVDDecrypter (free) to read (DVDShrink or DVDDecrypter), compress(DVDShrink), and burn(DVDDecrypter) to a disc.
