DVD Profiler Error

I have been using DVD Profiler for a while now, but they made users upgrade or else you couldn't search the database. Anyway, this new version won't run properly. I get an error window saying "DVD Profiler encountered an error and needs to close." I got WinXP Pro and I am pretty sure it is a permissions problem because it works fine as an administrator. I gave full permission to the user's account, but the error still occurs. Is there a way for me to see what file the program is trying to access that does not have the correct permissions set?
