Why is it that normal DVDs look just fine, but anime DVDz (Fullmetal Alchemist) looks all messed up. The lines during motion are jagged as hell. Not that big of a deal, because they work fine on the TV--I'd just like to watch them on the computer....

Maybe it's just the players I've tried or something???
 
interlace artifacts. if its encoded into the video in a bad wau theres no way to rid it. that or its your player not being able to deinterlace well. anime interlace encoding is wacky because of how they make it...weird repeating frame rates or something. someone else will explain this to u lol🙂
