Saw this at Costco today (Seattle/Tukwila area). Made by GO. DVD/CD Player includes integrated Dolby Digital 5.1 decoder with Amp. Total power is 200 watts, kinda low but I don't want my kids getting carried away! You supply the speakers. Sounds like a great deal, but I can't find any comments about it.

Go doesn't make high quality audio gear. If you want a high quality DVD with Dolby Digital Receiver built in, look at the Onkyo one. Onkyo makes some amazing home theater components. Not sure the price on it (it'll be more than $300). Otherwise, you could go with a Sony DVD player and an Onkyo TXSV373 Receiver for about $400 total and get a good quality DVD player and a good quality (albeit, low end of good quality) receiver.

Also, look into the Toshiba 6109 DVD/Reciever combo. It has DD and DTS built in. Fifty watts per channel. Combine it with an Energy Take5 HT speaker system and you have a great system for ocassional to moderate dvd watching. A while back, the Toshiba unit was around $290 through mobshop, with coupon.
