DVD player that Plays CDR

Does anyone know of any DVD Player that plays CDRs or CDRWs

I have a Pioneer 606 this doesn't play any cdr, everytime I put in the CD, the tray just pops right back out.
Than I purchase the Toshiba 6109 (DVD Receiver Combo), same thing, put in the DVD and it saids error reading disc.
I recently I bought the Apex 703 (3 disc changer), this one works fine. Can anyone tell me if there is a special right to burn a cd or is the media that I am using. I am currently using EZ Creater with TDK CDs.

Does anyone have the similar problem??

the apex can be picked up at circuit city... its a good one. i got mine for 180 - $30 rebate... good luck
