Whenever I open a DVD player, things go fine until I reach the 'Menu' screen (I'll call it a 'static' screen from now on). Once the player reaches a static screen of any type, the screen becomes garbled with multiple verticle lines all across it. It's very hard to read.
After I find the 'Play' option (Or any other for that matter) things go back to normal. It's only the static screens that cause problems. It doesn't matter whether I use PowerDVD, WinDVD, SoftDVD. They ALL do it.
I have an Afreey 10x DVD-ROM and a Diamond Viper II Z 200 video card. I also have an STB Desktop TV card in, but I don't think it would be interfering.
