DVD-Playback on TV is differant than on computer

On my TV, the movie looks like this and there is a really annoying white line on the top as well as an inch or so of the bottom cut off. I played this DVD-R before and it worked fine but now it is doing this! I have tried setting the DVD player to PAL, multi, 16x9, 4x3 and tinkered with all of the video options I can find.

Why is it doing this now?

The dvd was burned using Clone DVD

DVD Player: Phillips 642
TV: Old Panasonic

I have had no problems with other DVD's.
