DVD not read under Windows 2000

I burned DVD+R with Nero using UDF file system v2.01 and now i cant read it under Windows 2000, why?
 
Installing Roxio UDF Reader v5.1 did not fixed my issue, but i installed Ahead InCD and now its readable.
BTW i used Ahead Nero to burn DVD, strange that it dont install necessary support when u install nero itself.
