DVD labeling problem

so i'm building some DVD ISOs in ISO9660/UDF format using ImgBurn, and for whatever reason i don't see label names longer than 32 characters displayed after burning the discs. supposedly up to 63 characters are allowed under UDF file system. anyone know the issue? i was trying for a 35 char label.
