DVD ISO burns fine, but no video menu

Also the DVD's won't play on a standard DVD player, I have to play them on my PC or Xbox.

I have been "burning image" with both Nero and DVD Decrypter, results are the same.

Am I missing a step? I have a Pioneer burner, Ritek red label media.
