Can u guys plz suggest me some good soft that can convert DVD2VCD with min . loss in quality [ should play in simple VCD player ] and another one that converts it at the fastest speed.

Also i have a few vob files that i wud like to rite to a DVD. i dont have the ifos and bups . any software that u can suggest.

And suppose i have a few mpgs , how do i cram 4-5 movies in one DVD5 ? any soft ?

PowerDVD is for playing DVD's and video files, it's not going to help you with creating them.

The VOB files can be reauthored to create a DVD. You can try DVD Shrink or DVDAuthor.

Like Dave said, search the forum and spending some time at www.videohelp.com.
