DVD Firmware Flash

Having bought DVD's both sides of the Atlantic, I need to flash my DVD player.
Unfortunately havent a clue how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Pioneer DVR-110. The region thing is fixed due to previous region changes.

Technically that would be frowned upon here.

But if you wanted to make a perfectly legal backup of DVDs that you personally owned, I believe that as long as you can read the data off the drive, there are lots of free programs that can assist you with that. 😉

If I use the RPC-2 firmware will that mean that I will have to flash the bios every 5 changes? Or am I getting confused.
